today, i made a little d.i.y. messenger bag! with an old linen pillow case i found at a thrift store, some leather shoe laces, and a needle and thread, i'm quite proud of how simple it came out to be.
ps: i have been drooling over this home-decor website all day!
oh wow hi i just happened upon your blog but i love your DIY bag! wish i was better with needles and threads... they like to penetrate my fingers instead of the cloth... :(
aron, you incredible bag maker you! i love this! did you follow instructions from somewhere, or just kinda make it up as you went along? it's really a lovely bag!
finally i'm able to comment. blogger wasn't allowing me to. anyway, i love this post. was thinking of taking a sewing class down the road from me and this just made me want to do it even more. such a simple, adorable idea! :D
