me and my friend Matt had fun making terrariums yesterday. some new plants to freshen up the rooms. and my cat Mimi being pretty :-)
started summer school today, art 335: paper making. just from our first class today, i can already tell i am going to enjoy doing this hands-on craft. its a beautiful practice. plus, my professor is from Sweden!
ah, i love terrariums! yours look lovely - you should do a little online tutorial :)
ReplyDeleteyes, online tutorial would be great!
ReplyDeletemmm, what happened to mimi's mimi?
have fun! can't wait to see some of it ;)
ReplyDeleteher ear was clipped like that when we got her at the cat sanctuary. it signified that she was already chipped and spayed :-)
ReplyDeletei like to think her ear looks like a sakura petal...which is part of the reason how she got her name :-)
I've been meaning to grow my own sprouts; maybe I'll take your post as a sign that I should finally do it :P Your terrariums look stylish and homey (like, welcoming) at the same time, I love it.
ReplyDeleteHa, you make me want to make my own terrariums too!
ReplyDeleteDid you already have the plants, or did you buy them on purpose?
I never did such a thing, but looks like a fabulous gift for my poor garden-less friends...
Thanks for the idea!
